外国人ドライバー　11名勤続中（別で内定者20名）

勤続中の外国人ドライバーCrewは弊社ドライバー全体の3％を占めています。

国籍:中国,ベトナム,ネパール,スリランカ,アメリカ,ミャンマー,フィリピン

As of October 15, 2025: 11 foreign driver Crew are working with us (plus 20 with confirmed offers).

They make up 3% of our total drivers.

Our driver Crew includes members from China, Vietnam, Nepal, Sri Lanka, the U.S., Myanmar and the Philippines.

Important notice regarding our foreign drivers

弊社の外国人ドライバーは「特定技能1号」制度で雇用しています。

この資格は、国の試験に合格した人財のみが取得でき、在留資格としても法務省により厳格に運用されています。

技能実習や特定活動に比べ、スキル・日本語力・法的安定性が保証されており、クライアントの皆さまに安心してご利用いただける仕組みです。

また、定期的な更新審査により、コンプライアンスと安全性が継続的に確認されています。

だからこそ、弊社は自信をもって「安全で信頼できる外国人ドライバー」を提供できるのです。

併せて毎月、中途入社式を開催しております。そこでは日本人財、外国人財が共に安全・品質・マナーを学びます。

教材においても多言語対応しており、同一水準の講習を実施しております。

Our foreign drivers are employed under the “Specified Skilled Worker (i)” program.

This qualification can only be obtained by individuals who have passed a national examination, and it is strictly administered by the Ministry of Justice as a residence status.

Compared to the Technical Intern Training Program or Designated Activities, it guarantees higher levels of skill, Japanese language proficiency, and legal stability—ensuring that our clients can rely on our drivers with confidence.

In addition, periodic renewal examinations ensure continuous compliance and safety verification.

That is why we are confident in providing “safe and trustworthy foreign drivers.”

We also hold a monthly mid-career entrance ceremony, where both Japanese and foreign personnel learn together about safety, quality, and manners.

All training materials are multilingual, ensuring that the same level of instruction is provided to everyone.

Since August 2024, our company has been preparing for the recruitment, employment, and training of Specified Skilled Worker (i) Truck Drivers. Since then, we have conducted numerous interviews with foreign candidates.

Moving forward, we will continue recruiting foreign talent through direct channels such as SNS and our website, while also working in cooperation with Japanese language schools, recruitment agencies (Registered Support Organizations), sending organizations, related ministries, and overseas governments.

To work as a truck driver in Japan, you need to...Please make sure to read the following information and rules carefully

日本でトラックドライバーとして働くには以下の条件が必要です

■特定技能1号評価試験に合格すること

特定技能1号評価試験を受験するには、以下の資格が必要です。

・特定技能1号評価試験実施日において、日本又は外国で取得した有効な自動車運転免許証

入管での在留資格切替に際して、以下の資格が必要です。

①日本語能力試験(JLPT)　N4レベル以上または日本語基礎テスト(JFT-Basic 200点以上)合格、または第2号技能実習を良好に修了した方

②特定技能評価試験(自動車運送業分野／トラック)合格

③日本在住の方は日本の自動車運転免許、海外在住の方は母国の自動車運転免許

Requirements to Work as a Truck Driver in Japan

To work as a truck driver in Japan, you must meet the following conditions:

・Pass the Specified Skilled Worker (i) Evaluation Test.

Eligibility to take the Specified Skilled Worker (i) Evaluation Test:

・A valid driver’s license (obtained either in Japan or abroad) at the time of the test.

Requirements for changing your status of residence at Immigration:

①Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N4 or higher, OR passing score on the JFT-Basic Test (200 points or higher), OR successful completion of Technical Intern Training (ii).

②Passing the Specified Skilled Worker Evaluation Test (Automobile Transportation Sector / Truck).

③For those residing in Japan: a valid Japanese driver’s license.

For those residing overseas: a valid driver’s license from your home country.

毎月開催：入社式の取り組み

Monthly Held: Initiatives for the New Employee Orientation Ceremony

弊社では毎月入社式を開催しております。

入社式では同期新入社員全員が顔を合わせ、辞令交付や「物流業界・安全・品質・マナー・交通事故事例・KYT（危険予知トレーニング）会社の制度」などを学びます。講習を受けることで、初めて物流企業へ就職される方は物流を知ることができ、業界経験者の方々は今までの経験を振り返り新たな考え方を身につけることができます。また使用するテキスト・資料は多言語対応をしており、日本人財・外国人財ともに学べる環境を用意しております。

At our company, we hold a new employee orientation ceremony every month. During this ceremony, all new employees who joined in the same month gather together to receive their appointment letters and learn about topics such as the logistics industry, safety, quality, manners, traffic accident case studies, KYT (Hazard Prediction Training), and company policies.

Through these sessions, those who are joining a logistics company for the first time can gain a solid understanding of the industry, while experienced employees can reflect on their past experience and acquire new perspectives.

All training materials and textbooks are multilingual, providing a learning environment where both Japanese and foreign employees can study together.
