本会議を通じ、物流・人材・産業分野における連携の重要性を再確認しました。

背景・目的

ウズベキスタンは中央アジアにおける重要な成長拠点として、産業高度化、インフラ整備、人材育成を国家戦略として推進。日本においても、安定した国際物流網の確保や、外国人材との共生が重要課題となっています。

本ラウンドテーブルは、こうした背景を踏まえ、政府・経済界のトップが一堂に会し、両国の強みを活かした持続可能な経済協力の在り方を議論することを目的として開催されました。

今後の展望

イズミ物流株式会社は、ウズベキスタン政府、株式会社Proud Partnersとの連携のもと、ウズベキスタン・アングレン

市における職業訓練校プロジェクトを通じて、物流・運輸分野を中心とした人材育成と実務教育に取り組んでおります。

本取り組みでは、実践的職業教育、日本式の安全・品質・業務管理の導入、日本企業での就業を見据えた人材育成を通じ、ウズベキスタンと日本双方にとって価値ある人材循環モデルの構築を目指します。

Participation in the Japan–Uzbekistan High-Level Economic

Roundtableon the Occasion of the Official Visit of the President of Uzbekistan

Lead (Overview)

IZUMI Logistics Co., Ltd. participated in the Japan–Uzbekistan Economic Roundtable held in conjunction with the official visit of

H.E. Mr. Shavkat Mirziyoyev, President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views on strengthening bilateral economic cooperation and reaffirm the importance of collaboration in logistics, human resources, and industry.

Background and Purpose

Uzbekistan is positioning itself as a key growth hub in Central Asia, promoting industrial development, infrastructure expansion, and workforce training as part of its national strategy.

At the same time, Japan faces increasing demand for stable international logistics networks and sustainable foreign workforce integration.

The roundtable was organized to bring together government and business leaders to discuss long-term, mutually beneficial economic cooperation leveraging the strengths of both countries.

Future Outlook

Looking ahead, IZUMI Logistics plans to collaborate with the Government of Uzbekistan and Proud Partners Co., Ltd. on the Angren Vocational Training Center project in Uzbekistan.
