イズミ物流株式会社（本社：東京都千代田区、代表取締役：平川 信）は、ウズベキスタンの100％子会社「IZUMI INVESTMENT LLC」を通じ、現地物流会社VODIY STAR TRANS社の関係個人との共同出資により、2026年9月22日に合弁物流会社「IZUMI-VODIY LLC」を設立しました。

出資比率は、IZUMI INVESTMENT LLCが50％、VODIY STAR TRANS社の関係個人が50％です。

IZUMI-VODIYは、トレーラー・コンテナによる輸送事業を展開し、飲料、加工食品、産業用原材料などの輸送を担います。日本で培った物流ノウハウと、VODIY STAR TRANS社が持つ現地の顧客基盤・物流ネットワークを組み合わせ、安全性と品質を重視した輸送サービスの提供を目指します。

■事業の背景と目的

イズミ物流は、2026年2月にウズベキスタンでIZUMI INVESTMENT LLCを設立し、商用車などの物流関連資産を対象とした投資・リース事業を開始しました。

今回のIZUMI-VODIY設立は、IZUMI INVESTMENT設立後の第1号案件です。イズミ物流グループが日本で培ってきた物流ノウハウや品質・安全管理、IZUMI INVESTMENTによる投資・リース機能、VODIY STAR TRANS社の現地での事業基盤を組み合わせることで、輸送事業の拡大を図ります。

ウズベキスタン国内および中央アジア周辺国の輸送需要に対応するとともに、ドライバーの育成や現地での雇用創出を通じて、地域の物流基盤の発展に貢献してまいります。

■事業内容と運営体制 

IZUMI-VODIYは、トレーラーとコンテナを組み合わせた輸送事業を展開します。事業では、トレーラーヘッド（トレーラーを牽引する車両）3台をリースで導入し、飲料、加工食品、産業用原材料などを輸送します。

事業運営における各社の役割は、以下のとおりです。

・IZUMI INVESTMENT LLC

トレーラーヘッド3台のリースをはじめ、日本の物流ノウハウ、品質・安全管理、資金調達、経営管理の面から事業運営を支援します。

・VODIY STAR TRANS

現地の顧客基盤と物流ネットワークを生かし、営業・顧客対応・配車を担当します。また、コンテナの手配、整備体制の提供、ドライバーの確保・管理を担います。

■今後の展望

日本とウズベキスタン双方の経営資源を組み合わせ、安定した輸送サービスと収益基盤の構築を目指します。

将来的には中央アジア全域への輸送ネットワークの拡大を視野に入れ、現地の産業・生活を支える物流体制の充実に取り組んでまいります。また、物流事業を通じて、日本とウズベキスタンの経済交流と協力関係の深化にも貢献してまいります。

IZUMI LOGISTICS Establishes Joint Venture Logistics Company “IZUMI-VODIY” in Uzbekistan

IZUMI LOGISTICS CO., LTD. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Shin Hirakawa) established the joint venture logistics company IZUMI-VODIY LLC on September 22, 2026, through a joint investment by its wholly owned subsidiary in Uzbekistan, IZUMI INVESTMENT LLC, and an individual associated with local logistics company VODIY STAR TRANS.

IZUMI INVESTMENT LLC and the individual associated with VODIY STAR TRANS each hold a 50% ownership interest in the joint venture.

IZUMI-VODIY will provide trailer and container transportation services for beverages, processed foods, industrial raw materials, and other cargo. By combining logistics expertise developed in Japan with VODIY STAR TRANS’s local customer base and logistics network, the company aims to deliver transportation services that prioritize safety and quality.

■Business Background and Objectives

In February 2026, IZUMI LOGISTICS established IZUMI INVESTMENT LLC in Uzbekistan and launched an investment and leasing business focused on logistics assets, including commercial vehicles.

The establishment of IZUMI-VODIY marks IZUMI INVESTMENT’s first project since its inception. The venture aims to expand its transportation business by combining the IZUMI LOGISTICS Group’s logistics expertise and quality and safety management practices developed in Japan, IZUMI INVESTMENT’s investment and leasing capabilities, and VODIY STAR TRANS’s local business infrastructure.

IZUMI INVESTMENT will support business operations by leasing three tractor units to IZUMI-VODIY and providing Japanese logistics expertise, quality and safety management support, financing support, and business management support.

VODIY STAR TRANS

VODIY STAR TRANS will draw on its local customer base and logistics network to handle sales, customer service, and vehicle dispatch. It will also arrange containers and vehicle maintenance and recruit and manage drivers.

By combining business resources from Japan and Uzbekistan, the company aims to establish reliable transportation services and a stable revenue base.
